Puthuvype beach and Vypin Lighthouse are wonderful places to visit when you are at Ernakulam. If you are walking through the Marine drive walkway , just 3kms from there you can reach Puthuvype beach. You can go down the waters and tides are usually calm. This makes the beach enjoyable with family or friends . Near the beach there is a light house open till 6pm which have the height of a four storied building. From the top of the tower the areal view of Kochi is Magnificent.
